Targeted Protocols

Some matters call for
particular attention.

Alongside ongoing care, some needs call for a more precise intervention: an overload, a reaction, a bodily imprint, an object, a place, a stage of childhood or a goal that demands your full presence.

01 · Holistic protocols

A targeted response. Never a fragmented reading.

Each protocol starts from a concrete issue, but never reduces it to an isolated manifestation. Our work begins by understanding what is at play as a whole, then by choosing the most precise lever.

Body & System

What the body has had to absorb, compensate for or repeat.

An attentive gesture of care
Detoxification Identifying and supporting imbalances linked to the body’s exposures and overloads. Read moreClose

Our environment, and certain treatments and procedures, can expose the body to substances that it has to transform and eliminate, and to which it must constantly adapt: heavy metals, endocrine disruptors, medication, anaesthesia or other environmental exposures.

Our support begins with a precise reading of your history: known or suspected exposures, treatments received, procedures, environment, lifestyle habits and how your condition has changed over time.

We then seek to understand which systems are under the most strain: natural elimination mechanisms, the nervous system, inflammatory balance, recovery, nutritional status and energetic balance.

The work therefore focuses not only on the exposure itself, but also on how the body responded to it and on the factors likely to impair its capacity to adapt, eliminate and recover.

This approach makes it possible to address detoxification as a whole: what the body has been exposed to, the terrain on which that exposure occurred, and the imbalances that may persist beyond it.

Working precisely allows us to focus on the mechanisms that seem to be the priority, without needlessly multiplying interventions. The first changes also provide valuable information about how the body responds, and guide the next steps. This targeted approach often makes it possible to see significant changes over a relatively short period of care.

When this protocol is relevantAfter anaesthesia or treatment · repeated exposure · heavy metals · endocrine disruptors · persistent fatigue · difficulty recovering · a feeling of overload.

Allergies & Intolerances Understanding the different factors involved in the body’s reaction. Read moreClose

An allergy or intolerance cannot be reduced to its trigger. Identifying a pollen, a food, an animal or a substance tells you what sets off the reaction, but does not necessarily explain all the mechanisms involved.

We go back over the history of the reactions: when they appeared, how they have changed, their frequency, their intensity and the context in which they occur. We also look at any other signs present, even when they seem unrelated at first sight.

The work may lead us to explore different elements: the nervous system, digestion, inflammatory terrain, environment, diet, periods of stress, the emotional or energetic component.

In this way, we seek to understand not only what the body is reacting to, but also the context in which this hypersensitivity took hold and what may be helping to sustain it.

This reading makes it possible to go beyond simply identifying the allergen and to work on the various factors associated with the reaction. How the symptoms change as the work progresses then helps refine priorities and guide the following sessions. When the mechanisms involved are clearly identified, changes can be seen over a relatively short period of care.

When this protocol is relevantSeasonal allergies · pollen · dust mites · animals · food reactions · intolerances · digestive, skin or respiratory symptoms · environmental hypersensitivities.

Maternity & Children

Supporting what is born. Accompanying what grows.

A clothed pregnant woman with her hands resting on her belly
Conception & Natural Motherhood Supporting the physical, emotional and energetic transformations from conception to postpartum. Read moreClose

The wish for a child, conception, pregnancy, birth and then the postpartum period are times of considerable transformation. They place demands on the body, the nervous system, and hormonal and nutritional balance, but they can also bring up fears, memories, questions or older family issues.

Care can begin as soon as you wish for a child. We then look at the physical and nutritional terrain, the nervous system, energy, emotional experience and the story surrounding the wish to become pregnant.

During pregnancy, Alexis works in particular on the body’s adaptations, tension, mobility, the pelvis, breathing and the nervous system. Sarah focuses more on nutrition, emotional and energetic experience, perceptions, fears and inner preparation for birth.

Priorities naturally shift over the course of pregnancy. The work follows these changes and whatever arises at each stage, through preparation for childbirth and then, if needed, during the postpartum period.

This continuity makes it possible to respond closely to the needs of the moment, rather than separating the different stages of motherhood. The changes observed at each stage allow care to evolve at the same pace as mother and child. The work can thus remain very targeted, even when needs change rapidly during pregnancy or after birth.

Alexis caring for a baby with a gentle touch
Babies & Children Understanding what may be disrupting a child’s adaptation, comfort and development. Read moreClose

In babies and children, a single symptom can be part of a much wider picture. Pregnancy, birth, bodily tension, oral function, breathing, the nervous system, reflexes, environment and development are closely linked.

We go back over the history of the pregnancy and birth, the first weeks of life, feeding, sleep, digestion, motor development and any difficulties the parents have noticed.

Depending on age and circumstances, the work may focus in particular on bodily tension, mobility, the nervous system, reflexes, sucking, breathing or certain hypersensitivities.

Alexis brings a physical and neurological reading, complemented where relevant by an energetic and intuitive reading.

This overall reading places the reason for the consultation within the child’s general functioning and history. Their response to the work is then closely observed, so that only the lines of work that remain relevant are kept. In babies and young children, their considerable capacity for adaptation sometimes allows marked changes to be seen within a relatively short time.

When this protocol is relevantAfter birth · sucking or oral difficulties · colic · reflux · sleep · asymmetries · plagiocephaly · motor development · hypersensitivity · attention · emotions.

Nutrition

Changing an automatic habit. Finding your bearings again.

Vegetables and ingredients for a living diet
Detox Challenge Fourteen days to make concrete changes to your diet and observe what shifts. Read moreClose

Our food choices are not based on knowledge alone. Habits, pace of life, fatigue, stress, sugar cravings, automatic behaviours and environment influence how we eat every day.

The Detox Challenge offers fourteen structured days to simplify your diet, temporarily remove certain foods and find clearer bearings.

The programme combines dietary recommendations, recipes, practical organisation and guided meditation, to work at the same time on what we eat and on some of the automatic habits surrounding food.

These two weeks also make it possible to observe the body’s reactions more closely: energy, digestion, hunger, fullness, cravings, sleep and relationship with certain foods.

The deliberately short length of the programme creates a framework precise enough to observe what changes, without setting up any lasting restriction. The changes felt during these fourteen days make it easier to tell which habits suit you and which deserve to be adjusted. The programme thus becomes a concrete period of observation as well as a starting point for lasting changes to certain habits.

When this protocol is relevantSugar cravings · snacking · tiredness after meals · disorganised eating · digestion · a need for a fresh start · difficulty sticking to changes in your diet.

Sarah Msika
One-to-One Nutrition with Sarah Understanding how you really eat before trying to change it. Read moreClose

Between nutritional guidelines, diets, prohibitions and sometimes contradictory information, it becomes easy to overcomplicate the way we eat while knowing less and less about what genuinely suits us.

Sarah goes through your diet with you as a whole: how your meals are made up, mealtimes, digestion, energy, hunger, fullness, sugar cravings, foods avoided or favoured, any supplements, but also family organisation, work rhythm and everyday constraints.

This reading makes it possible to identify imbalances, habits that have become automatic and the changes that are genuinely a priority.

Recommendations are then built around how you function and your daily life, with the aim of returning to a way of eating that is more coherent, simpler and realistic enough to last.

The aim is to focus changes on what will genuinely make a difference, rather than piling up new dietary rules. The first changes quickly show what influences energy, digestion, fullness or cravings. A few carefully chosen adjustments can therefore bring about more change than a complete overhaul of your diet that is hard to sustain.

When this protocol is relevantFatigue · cravings · digestive discomfort · difficulty putting meals together · restrictive or complicated eating · relationship with sugar · feeling that you eat well without noticing the benefits · a need to find your bearings again.

Memories & Imprints

What the skin shows. What the body still carries.

Alexis during a session on a tattooed area
Tattoo & Memory Exploring what may remain associated with a lasting mark on the body. Read moreClose

A tattoo is made at a specific moment in life, in a context and with an intention all its own. It may be linked to a person, a period, a sense of belonging, an ordeal, a transformation, or simply to who we were when we chose it.

Over time, its meaning can change while its mark on the body remains.

We go back over the tattoo’s history: when it was done, its original symbolism, its placement, the emotional context surrounding it and what it represents today.

The work then connects the area of the body concerned with an emotional and energetic reading of what may still be linked to it.

This approach makes it possible to distinguish what belongs to the tattoo’s history from what still seems present today in the way it is perceived or felt. The work then focuses on these elements, without trying to reinterpret or erase what the tattoo represents. Once this association has been clearly identified, the way the tattoo, and what is linked to it, is perceived can change very quickly.

When this protocol is relevantA tattoo linked to a past relationship · a difficult period · an impulsive tattoo · a symbol that no longer fits · discomfort around a tattoo · preparing for or supporting tattoo removal.

A caring touch around a scar
Piercings & Scars Exploring the physical, neurological and emotional consequences of an area of the body that has been marked or pierced. Read moreClose

A scar can be fully closed at skin level while still locally altering sensitivity, tissue mobility or the way an area is perceived.

Caesarean section, surgery, accident, injury or piercing: we begin by examining the area concerned, its history, its sensitivity, the mobility of the surrounding tissues and any associated tension or adhesions.

The work may then involve the tissues, fascia, mobility, the nervous system and the energetic dimension of the area.

We also take into account the circumstances in which the scar appeared. A planned operation, a birth, an accident or a particularly difficult period do not necessarily leave the same imprint on a person’s experience.

Bringing these different levels together makes it possible to work precisely on what remains active around the area, rather than on the scar in isolation. Sensitivity, mobility and body awareness also provide very concrete markers for observing how it changes. With some scars or older areas, changes can therefore be noticeable very early in the process.

When this protocol is relevantCaesarean section · surgery · accident · painful or numb scar · adhesions · a feeling of tension · piercing · old injury · an area of the body that remains uncomfortable.

Objects & Places

Everything around us carries a history.

A smudge bundle, evoking ritual
Stone & Jewellery Cleansing Working on the history and energetic charge associated with an object. Read moreClose

A stone or a piece of jewellery can pass through different periods of life, be worn by several people, be inherited, given as a gift, bought vintage or associated with a particularly significant event.

Beyond its material or symbolic value, we also consider the energetic imprint the object may have accumulated over the course of this history.

The work begins with a reading of the object, its origin where known, the people it has belonged to and the circumstances in which it came to you.

Depending on what is found, we carry out cleansing and rebalancing work and, where it makes sense, reorient the intention associated with the object.

The preliminary reading means that cleansing is not reduced to a routine ritual, and that we work according to what is actually perceived around the object. The work can therefore differ greatly depending on its history, its use and the people it has been associated with. The change in how the object is perceived energetically is usually noticeable right after the cleansing.

When this protocol is relevantInherited jewellery · family heirloom · jewellery given by a former partner · antique stone · second-hand object · an object associated with a significant period or event.

A warm, lived-in care space
Space Cleansing Reading and rebalancing the energetic environment of a place. Read moreClose

A place has a history that does not necessarily begin with its current occupants. The people who have lived or worked there, events, successive uses, conflicts, transformations and the surroundings can all play a part in how a space feels.

We begin with a holistic reading of the place and its context, then of the different rooms and areas within it. Some may feel very different or need specific work.

Depending on what is found, the session may combine energetic cleansing, work on certain imprints in the place, rebalancing and protection.

This approach applies equally to a home, a practice, a shop, a studio or another professional space, whether you are just moving in or have occupied the place for several years. We also bring in the intention you wish to associate with the place.

Reading the place makes it possible to identify the areas and elements that genuinely need attention, rather than applying a uniform cleansing to the whole space. The work can therefore focus on a few specific points or extend more widely across the environment, depending on what is found. Changes in how the place is perceived and in its overall atmosphere are most often noticeable immediately after the session.

When this protocol is relevantMoving in · buying a property · renovation · separation · difficult events · a feeling of heaviness · discomfort in certain rooms · a practice or shop · a change of activity or occupants.

02 · Workshops & Businesses

Experiencing together what cannot be learned from theory alone.

Inné workshops are group experiences designed around a genuine intention: to open a space for practice, let a collective energy flow and pass on tools that can then be lived day to day.

Mats, cushions and blankets in a bright room
Workshops & immersions

A themed experience to share together.

Breathing, meditation, the nervous system, energy work, movement, conscious eating, sound, intuition or a relationship with the sacred: each workshop is created around a theme and the participants’ level of experience.

It can take the form of a workshop, a half-day or an immersive day, or be part of a retreat or an event.

Workshops usually alternate guided practice, hands-on experiences and time for discussion, and in some cases tastings. They can be requested by groups of friends, families or colleagues, or arise from similar individual requests that make it possible to organise them.

Design a workshop
Businesses

Transforming individual dynamics so the group can evolve.

Inné works with companies, teams and leaders who want a different approach to stress regulation, energy, cooperation, creativity, decision-making and sustainable performance. Talk, workshop, immersive experience or team support: the content and format are adapted to the reality on the ground.

We support individuals and teams in unconventional formats, at the crossroads of performance, nervous system regulation and personal development. In practice, we work with small groups (5 to 15 people) in short or quarterly formats, with one simple aim: to improve clarity, energy and how well teams function.

One reading. Several ways in.

The protocol brings precision. Our approach keeps the whole picture in view.

A targeted protocol never reduces a person to an issue, a symptom, an object or a goal. It simply offers a way in through the place that needs the most attention today. Depending on your situation, Sarah and Alexis may recommend a targeted intervention, integrate it into a broader programme of care, or guide you towards the most suitable format.
