01 · The premise

Life does not come in fragments.

We have learned to separate what, in life, is never separate: body from mind, health from our emotions, our habits from our consciousness. Un chemin sacré vers soi (A Sacred Path to Oneself) chooses to connect it all.

Across twenty-nine chapters, the book explores body, mind, soul and everyday life. The nervous system, breathing, nutrition and movement enter into dialogue with intuition, love, rituals and the sacred. Knowledge meets experience; reflection carries on into practice.

Neither dogma nor an ideal to copy. A guide to knowing yourself better, experimenting freely and inhabiting every dimension of your life with greater awareness.

02 · The experience

This book is meant to be lived.

You can open it to better understand your body, deepen your awareness, change your habits or simply inhabit your life with more presence. Its twenty-nine chapters offer several ways in, without ever imposing a single path.

  • Understand

Decode the body’s messages, how the nervous system works and the mechanisms that shape our energy, our reactions and our relationship to the world.

  • Expand

Question your certainties, refine your perceptions and open a wider space for intuition, meaning, consciousness and the sacred.

  • Experiment

Put breathing, movement, conscious nutrition, meditation and rituals into practice, so that ideas become personal experience.

  • Embody

Turn what we understand into choices, gestures and habits that bring more coherence into everyday life.

04 · The authors

She reads the invisible. He listens to the body.

Sarah Msika, entrepreneur, and Alexis Robic, chiropractor and energy practitioner, speak languages that are still too often set against each other. She explores consciousness, intuition and the hidden movements of a life. He reads the structure, the nervous system and the energy of living beings. Their meeting gave birth to Inné, through an alchemical and complementary dialogue.

Some chapters carry her voice. Others, his. The most singular were born in the space between the two.
