She reads the invisible. He listens to the body.
Sarah Msika and Alexis Robic founded Inné where two paths meet — paths that nothing destined to merge, yet everything prepared to cross. She comes from strategy, entrepreneurship, creation and intuition. He comes from care, chiropractic, neurology and energy work.
Both have been through illness, pain, ruptures and new beginnings. Both searched, experimented, studied and travelled before turning their experiences into a shared vision.
Two paths forged by real life · one shared intention: never to reduce the human being to a single dimension

Understand the body. Listen to what moves through it.

Alexis’s calling grew first out of personal experience. Faced at a very young age with recurring headaches for which he found no satisfactory answer, he met a chiropractor who showed him another way of reading health: the body is not a faulty machine, but a living architecture with its own intelligence running through it. That meeting set his path.
Trained at IFEC Paris, Alexis explored chiropractic in all its depth: anatomy, biomechanics, the nervous system, vitalist, craniosacral and vibrational approaches. He went on to research functional neurology and functional medicine, applied kinesiology, nutrition, holistic dentistry, fertility, maternity, breastfeeding and the care of elite athletes.
But his understanding of living beings never stopped at the borders of the visible. Over the years, shamanic, Buddhist, Sufi, Kabbalistic and Essene traditions enriched his relationship to care. They allowed him to embrace a perception that was already there: of energy fields, transgenerational memories, emotional imprints and the subtle information held by the body.
From Paris to Toulouse, from Marseille to Le Beausset, Alexis has opened practices, treated, experimented, trained others and shared his vision across Europe. In 2018, a humanitarian mission in Armenia, working with people struck by war and grief, profoundly changed his understanding of his role: the power of a treatment lies not only in how a symptom evolves, but in giving a person back the possibility of reconnecting with their movement, their dignity and their vital drive.
He does not try to repair a person. He seeks to lift what interferes with the innate intelligence they already carry.
Chiropractic · neurology · energy work · transgenerational work · teachingBuilding in the material world. Seeing beyond.

For a long time, Sarah moved forward with a fierce will to be independent and an almost instinctive ability to give concrete form to the visions she carries. After five years studying art history and law at the Sorbonne, then roles at Christie’s and Artcurial and in strategy consulting at PwC, she left the corporate world to become an entrepreneur.
She first created Plantation Paris: the largest urban farm in Europe, 7,000 m² on the rooftops of Paris, conceived as a living manifesto bringing together sustainable agriculture, dining, hospitality and events. For seven years she developed this pioneering venue before handing it on to open a new chapter. She also founded a media outlet devoted to new ways of living, travelled to more than twenty-five countries and developed consulting and investment projects in hospitality, sustainability and impact brands.
But behind this path of building, life imposed another initiation. Illness, several serious accidents and deep ruptures forced her to stop running, to listen to her body and to look at what outward success could no longer contain. So began an inner exploration nourished by yoga, pranayama, Ayurveda, living nutrition, meditation, transpersonal practices, shamanism and the spiritual traditions she encountered around the world.
Little by little, Sarah came to accept a gift present since childhood but long held at a distance: her mediumship and her intuitive ability. She learned to listen to the information that arises beyond ordinary language, to translate it and to put it in the service of a broader understanding of the human being. From this experience came a practice of guidance and channelling offered worldwide, now part of Inné’s care.
Sarah does not separate intuition from clear-sightedness, nor spirituality from matter. Her strength lies precisely in this ability to link a subtle perception to a decision, a change or a truer way of living.
Strategy · entrepreneurship · mediumship · conscious nutrition · teachingA fracture. A meeting. A certainty.
What happened at this first meeting quickly went beyond a simple moment. Each recognised in the other an already familiar quest: to understand the human being as a whole, without choosing between body and soul, science and intuition, matter and the invisible.
Their sensibilities are different. So are their paths. But they share the same demand for truth and the same conviction: transformation cannot only be understood. It has to be lived through, felt and embodied.
From this recognition came a love story, a shared calling and, gradually, Inné. Inné is therefore not the result of a brand strategy. It is the form taken by their meeting and by everything their lives had already begun to teach them separately.
From wounds, a strength was born. From falls, an ascent.
From a meeting, a shared work.
Two perspectives that blend into one.

Alexis starts from the body to bring information to the surface. Sarah starts from the journey to connect that information back to life. Alexis observes the structure, movement, the nervous system and energy fields: his work relies on precise touch, perception and targeted intervention. Sarah connects the story, emotions, rhythms, choices and the subtle information she perceives: she brings clarity, reveals the links and turns an insight into a concrete direction.
Their complementarity does not rest on an opposition between technique and intuition. Both observe, sense, question and adjust. Both work with the visible and the invisible, through different ways in. Together, they bring forth a third perspective: a fuller reading of what is at play and of what is asking to evolve.
Alexis starts from the body.
Sarah starts from the journey.
Together, they connect.
A vision put into practice.
Inné was born of their wish to bring together in one place what is still too often set against each other: care of the body, regulation of the nervous system, energy work, nutrition, consciousness and the sacred. Every programme of care carries their twofold perspective.
They offer neither ready-made answers nor a model to copy. Their work aims to make you more able to understand yourself, to discern, and to take your full place in your own life again.
“Between science and consciousness, physical worlds and invisible spheres, endless curiosity and intellectual rigour, Sarah and Alexis complement each other in the service of our evolution.”Sidney Delourme

What they lived was one day meant to be passed on.
For years, Sarah and Alexis favoured action, experience and life itself over writing. Then their conversations, their research, the hundreds of people they have supported and the transformations they went through asked to take another form. So together, in two voices, they wrote Un chemin sacré vers soi (A Sacred Path to Oneself).
Across twenty-nine chapters devoted to body, mind, soul and everyday life, they share their current understanding, with its limits, its beauty and its contradictions. Their son, born while they were writing, gives this act of passing on an added dimension: that of a legacy founded on the possibility of living differently.
They do not write from outside knowledge. They write from a life lived through.
Never ask of others what they refuse to go through themselves.
Sarah and Alexis do not present themselves as models to follow. Their legitimacy does not rest on a perfect life, but on their commitment to experiment, to question themselves and to test their convictions against reality.
- They believe in knowledge, but reject dogma.
- They work with the invisible, without giving up on matter.
- They support you, without taking away your power to choose.
- They pass on what they know, without claiming to hold the truth.
Because at the heart of their work lies a simple conviction: each of us already carries an intelligence, a direction and a life force that are only waiting to find their place again.
