The philosophy

You probably know what to eat. The hard part lies elsewhere.

Sugar cravings, energy slumps and compensating behaviours are not just a matter of lacking knowledge or willpower. They are also linked to habits, rhythms and signals that we no longer always know how to recognise.

And sometimes they even take hold in people convinced they “eat well”: a diet seen as healthy but which, without their knowing it, keeps everyday inflammation, imbalances or energy swings going.

Conversely, many people think that eating well takes time, complexity or control. In fact, it rests above all on common sense, simplicity and an organisation that fits your daily life.

  • Automatic habits

Eating without being hungry, reaching for sugar under stress, or repeating food choices that seem “good” but don’t truly support the body’s energy. Sometimes even habits considered healthy can keep invisible inflammation or imbalances going.

  • Energy

Swinging between stimulation, fatigue and cravings, without ever finding lasting stability over the course of the day.

  • Bearings

No longer knowing what to eat, how much, or how to put together a truly nourishing plate — or believing you’re doing the right thing without understanding why your body isn’t following.

The Detox Challenge doesn’t ask you for more willpower.
It gives you a framework so you no longer depend on it.

Designed by Sarah Msika and Dr Alexis Robic, the protocol connects conscious eating, bodily sensations, the nervous system and lifestyle.

The goal is not to “hold out” for fourteen days. It is to understand how you work and to establish a way of eating that you can truly make your own.

The protocol

14 days for a great deal of change.

Each phase of the body’s adaptation has a precise function. We begin by interrupting what keeps the automatic habits going, then we relearn how to nourish the body, and finally we turn the experience into lasting reference points.

J1J14
  1. Phase 01RecalibrationBreaking with automatic habits

Sugar, certain foods and certain food combinations are set aside for a while. The aim: to ease the load, observe your eating reflexes and get back to sensations that are easier to read.

  2. Phase 02RegenerationNourishing instead of compensating

You don’t eat less. You put together complete, living and satisfying plates, designed to support digestion and energy throughout the day.

  3. Phase 03VitalityAnchoring new reference points

You identify what suits you, structure your meals and turn fourteen days of experience into simple habits that are easy to keep.

Testimonials

After the fourteen days.

I didn’t think a change in diet would have so much impact on my mind. I sleep better, my head is clear, and the background fatigue I’d been dragging around for years has gone. In practical terms, I’m far more effective at running my business: I make decisions faster, I get through long days more easily, and I come home in the evening without feeling drained.

Marc, 45

We did it as a family, all four of us, as a challenge, and it brought us closer. The children no longer ask for shop-bought cakes: now they want a homemade one!

Sophie, 41

Much better than a fast. I’d done several, thinking it was the only way to do a real “reset”. This is different: I eat, I don’t have that feeling of deprivation, and yet the body resets itself. In less than two weeks, I felt lighter, clearer, more energetic.

Thomas, 36

For years I had lived with constant digestive discomfort, trying everything, never finding any real, lasting relief. In less than two weeks, everything changed. I can eat calmly again, I no longer dread my meals, and I feel light. I had almost forgotten what it was like to feel good in my stomach.

Nadia, 47

A real renewal. Since the programme, I feel calm: I can finally meditate, slow down and be truly present for my children. I get irritated less, and above all I no longer have those junk-food urges at the end of the day after work.

Karim, 43

As a top-level athlete, I do Sarah and Alexis’s programme once a year. It really helps my performance, and with the demands of motorsport, I get far fewer aches since I’ve been following their advice.

Antoine, 29

I signed up to lose weight, and the most amazing thing is that I’ve never put it back on. I was finally able to get back into sport, and Alexis helped me stabilise my posture as I lost weight.

Marine, 38

Individual testimonials from people we have worked with; results vary from one person to another and are neither a promise of results nor medical advice.

Frequently asked questions

What we are asked most often.

Will I be hungry?

No, the programme is not based on deprivation. There is no calorie restriction and no limit on quantities: you eat until you are full, just differently. We favour whole, organic, well-sourced foods that are richer in nutrients, and therefore more nourishing and more filling. For the same quality, the body is better satisfied and asks for less. In the very first days, the body adjusts to having fewer fast sugars, but the feeling of hunger fades quickly as blood sugar stabilises. The programme also helps you move away from “empty calories” and emotional hunger, to rediscover a true hunger, attuned to your real needs.

Will I feel tired?

It’s possible during the first two or three days, while the body adapts to the removal of sugar and stimulants: slight fatigue or irritability may appear. These signs are normal and very temporary. Once past this stage, which is often brief, most participants report a clear boost in energy, deeper sleep and a clearer mind. It is precisely this renewed energy that makes lasting change possible: the desire to move comes back, as does the wish to return to good habits and the activities that do you good.

I can’t cook — is it complicated to follow?

Not at all. The programme is designed to be simple, even with no cooking experience: short recipes, easy-to-find ingredients, quick preparations. It is mostly about returning to whole, unprocessed foods and simple, gentle cooking — steaming, or using a Vitaliseur steamer. You are guided step by step throughout the fourteen days. The goal is not to become a chef, but to adopt simple habits that are easy to repeat every day.

Do I have to cut out sugar completely?

The aim is to set aside added and refined sugars, processed foods, fizzy drinks and industrial pastries — not to ban every source of sugar: fruit, for example, stays. What we do remove is whatever keeps background inflammation going. The goal is to break free from dependence on fast sugars and rediscover a finer sense of taste, not to impose strict restriction on you.

Is the protocol suitable for vegetarians and vegans?

Yes, the programme adapts easily to a vegetarian or vegan diet. There may simply be a temporary need for protein, which can be met with suitable supplementation, and we support you closely with this. Sarah and Alexis have been through vegetarian and vegan phases themselves, so we are very comfortable with these profiles. Just let us know when you sign up so we can adjust the suggestions.

Can I follow it during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Eating well is one of the best things you can do for yourself and for your child, both before and during this period. Ahead of trying for a baby, it’s even ideal for getting off to a good start. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, the programme’s main principles — whole foods, fewer refined sugars, less inflammation — remain beneficial, but the protocol must then be adapted individually: your needs are specific and increased during this period. Write to us, and we will adjust the support with you and, where appropriate, with the health professional who is following you.

Is it compatible with a medical condition or treatment?

The Detox Challenge is a nutrition programme: it does not replace treatment or medical advice, and does not claim to treat any condition. If you are undergoing treatment or living with a chronic illness, talk to your doctor first, then to us: some treatments require particular monitoring when your diet changes. We then adapt the support, alongside your medical care and never in place of it.

What happens after the fourteen days?

The fourteen days lay the foundations: you leave with concrete habits, lasting reference points and a better ability to listen to your body. Nothing stops abruptly — the idea is to keep what did you good and weave it naturally into your daily life, at your own pace. You learn to tell what supports you from what costs you, and to favour the one while setting the other aside.

How do I join the next group?

Sessions start on fixed dates, in groups, so you can benefit from the group’s shared momentum. The programme starts on a Tuesday: from the Monday, we open your session so that you can read up and do the right shopping. To book your place, simply sign up on this page. Places are limited, so it’s best to plan ahead.

Will I lose weight?

Weight loss is not the aim of the programme, which focuses first on energy, digestion and overall well-being. Some participants do lose weight, with no restriction on calories or quantities; others don’t. Every body reacts differently: the approach is about listening and rebalancing, not counting or depriving yourself.

Can I start the programme if I have children?

Yes. The programme is designed to fit into a busy family life: quick preparations and meals that can, most of the time, be shared with the whole household. In fact, many participants follow it as a family or as a couple: it’s a lovely way to connect and strengthen each other around a shared project.

Can I do it as a couple?

Yes, and we highly recommend it. Moving forward together multiplies the benefits, as each of you supports the other’s momentum. Doing it as a pair makes organisation easier, strengthens motivation and anchors the new habits more lastingly.

What comes after the programme?

To anchor these changes over time, personalised care can take over: it lets you go further, adapt the approach to your profile and move towards truly optimising your well-being over the long term.
