Assisted reproductive technology (ART), the journey to motherhood: when everything is done right… but it doesn't work. Natural ART support

  • What if it wasn't a failure... but a cry from the body to be listened to in a different way?

  • Why am I not getting pregnant despite a good fertility assessment?

  • My cycle is regular. My blood tests are normal. I've been told I'm in perfect health. I've followed all the protocols… And yet, it's not working.

At Inné, we welcome strong, determined, and informed women every week. But they are also inwardly tired , emotionally drained , and out of sync with their own deep rhythm .

They “did everything right”. And it is precisely this “ doing everything right” that sometimes leads them to lose sight of each other.

Support for assisted reproductive technology (ART) and unexplained fertility: women on their journey to motherhood, support for the nervous system and natural hormonal balance.
À force de tentative on finit toujours par réussir. Hérodote

What assisted reproductive technology (ART) covers… and what it leaves out

Reproductive medicine acts with precision:

  • ovarian stimulation,

  • Oocyte collection and quality

  • hormonal synchronization,

  • embryo implantation.

But it does not take into account:

  • the flexibility of the pelvic fascia ,

  • the state of the autonomic nervous system ,

  • emotional or transgenerational tensions ,

  • work-life balance (stress, diet, work schedule) ,

  • alignment within the couple .

And yet, all these elements directly influence fertility, even in the absence of pathology.

The body is ready… but not yet fully opened

Here is what we regularly observe in women undergoing assisted reproductive technology (ART) or experiencing “unexplained infertility”:

Level

Frequent imbalance

Neurological

Hypervigilance, sympathetic dominance, difficulty settling down

Fascial

Fixed uterine fascia, adhesions, old pelvic tensions

Emotional

Unconscious blockages, unresolved memories of loss or grief

Energy

Contracted pelvis, blocked breath, lack of vital descent

Relational

Dissonance in the couple, unrequited desire, or implicit pressure

Lifestyle

Mental overload, chronic stress, pro-inflammatory diet

These blockages are not visible on MRI or blood tests. But they influence the body's internal environment , its receptivity, and its capacity to welcome not only the embryo, but life itself.

What science confirms

1. Chronic stress disrupts ovulatory cycles

“Stress-induced disruption of the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis” Rivier & Rivest, Journal of Endocrinology, 1991

Chronic stress interferes with the production of GnRH, a key hormone for fertility.

2. The vagus nerve and receptivity to pregnancy

“The Polyvagal Theory” – Stephen Porges, 2011

A nervous system that remains in "alert" mode prevents the body from switching into "receptive" mode. However, implantation requires security and relaxation.

3. The forgotten role of the pelvic fascia

“The fascial system and exercise intolerance in patients with chronic diseases” Bordoni & Zanier, 2013

The uterine fascia acts as a communication network between organs, nerves, blood, and information. A rigid fascia can interfere with implantation.

4. Family traumas can influence fertility

“Transgenerational transmission of trauma: Epigenetic mechanisms and implications for health” Yehuda et al., American Journal of Psychiatry, 2014

Undigested emotional experiences within the family tree can leave a hormonal, nervous, and behavioral imprint on subsequent generations.

What if it wasn't a matter of eggs, but of truth?

“Why is my body not accepting pregnancy?”

“Why does the implantation fail every time?”

“What to do in case of unexplained fertility?”

These questions do not always call for a technical answer.

They often call for an inner reconciliation :

  • with its history,

  • with its rhythm,

  • with her femininity,

  • with his partner,

  • with her vocation as a mother.

The couple's agreement, an underestimated pillar

Some women carry out the project alone. Others sense a subtle reluctance from their partner: a superficial “yes”, but a body or energy that says “not yet”.

And this creates invisible friction . A tense reception field .

Sometimes it's one of them who avoids conversations. Or she who doesn't dare admit that she has doubts. Or even that couple who, without realizing it, associates the arrival of a child with the repair of something broken.

One patient shared with us one day: "He told me he wanted a child... but he never touched my stomach." Another said: "I realized I was carrying this project for two, without ever really asking him if he was ready."

At Inné, we create spaces for open dialogue. We support the unspoken , the "not yet," the "I want it but I'm afraid." Because motherhood is not a medical act. It's a shared vibration , a field that must resonate with both partners , a YES that flows throughout the entire couple, not just on paper.

La seule chose qui puisse empêcher un rêve d'aboutir c'est la peur d'échouer. Paul Coelho

What if it all started... on the plate?

The uterus is an organ extremely sensitive to inflammation. Even a light, unbalanced diet can:

  • disrupting the microbiota (direct link with estrogens),

  • increase intestinal permeability

  • overloading the liver

  • alter the quality of cervical mucus.

That is why, at Inné, we systematically include a phase of nutritional rebalancing , not “dietary” in the restrictive sense of the term, but cellular, vibratory, regenerative, designed to reduce low-grade inflammation, support the liver, nourish the nervous system, rebalance the pH of the intestinal and vaginal flora and prepare a living and fertile ground.

What we do at Inné: Natural Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) support

We work on all levels of life , not just energy. Truly natural and targeted support for assisted reproductive technology (ART).

Our treatments combine:

Body

  • Deep fascial treatment of the pelvis and diaphragm

  • Rebalancing of the autonomic nervous system (vagus nerve, parasympathetic)

  • Gentle osteo-tissue work on the uterine and pelvic area

Emotion & History

  • Transgenerational liberation (family memories, unconscious loyalties)

  • Working through fears, grief, and past miscarriages

  • Couples sessions to clarify intention and the welcoming space

Lifestyle

And above all, we train the body to feel safe . Because life cannot be programmed. It unfolds when the body says: yes.

You haven't failed. You haven't missed anything.

You may simply be at a turning point.

The one where the body no longer wants to " succeed in a pregnancy ",

but to experience a genuine welcome , without tension, without fear, without performance.

And that is the path we are traveling together, at Inné.

With respect. With gentleness. With faith in the intelligence of life.
