Full Moon Ceremony

Full Moon Ceremony:

The full moon that rises each month is an intense time of energy and emotion that shines a light on what no longer serves us or needs to continue with us into the next lunar cycle. Using the collective energy of those present, a full moon ceremony is a ritual created to help support our personal process of letting go. Together, we will write notes of forgiveness and goodbye, and then, using the element of fire, we will burn these things to symbolically release anything that does not come with us on the next part of our journey. We will end by focusing on giving thanks for all that we are grateful for in our lives at this time.
