Cacao is a medicinal, teaching, and healing plant that has been used for over 5,000 years in indigenous ceremonies in Peruvian and Mayan cultures. The cacao we will be using for this ceremony comes from a small farm deep in the Peruvian jungle. It is a superfood full of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals that also gently guides us to open our hearts to deeper levels of connection and consciousness.
To celebrate the transition of the seasons, we will invite the fresh energy of spring and increased daylight to help us blossom and shine fully. Using cacao, meditation and writing,
Together we will embark on a body-mind journey that serves to better connect us with our own inner light as well as release all that no longer serves us.
